Dr RaymondEVANSFormer family GP in Hartfield, East Sussex, passed away peacefully at Broadwindsor House Nursing Home, Beaminster on 9 February 2022, aged 93 years, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband to the late Kathleen and a much loved dad to David, Susan and Roger. Ray will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and all his family and friends. A private funeral service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium. However, a memorial will follow at Hartfield on a date to be confirmed.
